IICG brings together key corporations, business chambers and local authorities from Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia with the common aim of promoting the successful development and marketing of the traditional economic region of Central Germany.

IICG is an inter-regional association and action platform for key corporations. We are keen for all the most important companies, local authorities and business chambers to join us. Day-to-day business is conducted by a limited company wholly owned by the association. Local authorities are integrated via the Supervisory Board.

IICG initiates and monitors a broad range of projects and processes focusing not just on marketing and communication but also on organising and supporting growth processes as well as strengthening innovation and sustainability.
