Hanka Fischer (M.A.), Head of Corporate Relations at Industrial Initiative of Central Germany (IICG), was born in Thuringia. She studied English/American and German Language and Literature in Jena, Canterbury (UK) und Boston (USA). In her 12 years exceeding career, Hanka Fischer was responsible for a great deal of projects in internal and external communications at several regional and international institutions. From 2001 she established and headed the office operations of  IICG, formerly known as Regional Marketing of Central Germany. Alongside her passion for communications, she is also project manager to the IQ Innovation Award for Central Germany, starting in 2005.
