“Net works!” ... both globally and locally. The European Central Germany Metropolitan Region, a registered non-profit organization, conducts carefully coordinated activities to nurture a culture of start-ups and enterprise, which includes finding suitable partners for investors from outside the region. To this end, CGMR supports cluster initiatives, networks and collaboration in related industries with an above-average concentration of companies and research institutions at the level of Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia and beyond. The aims are to boost innovation and competitiveness in the region and to carve out an internationally competitive profile.
