Day-to-day business is conducted by a limited company wholly owned by the association. Local authorities are integrated via the Supervisory Board.

IICG initiates and monitors a broad range of projects and processes focusing not just on marketing and communication but also on organising and supporting growth processes as well as strengthening innovation and sustainability.
